Directors are appointed by our Members, whose advice is sought but who do not otherwise influence the direction or publications of Rozetta Institute. Our Directors come from leaders in business and academia.
Our Board Members are required to disclose any conflicts of interest to maintain our independence and ensure transparency.
The Board has established three subcommittees to oversee the governance and operations of Rozetta Institute.

The Rozetta Institute is self-funded. Our past projects have earned us significant endowment funding for future projects, allowing us to invest in new and emerging technologies.
The investment of these funds is overseen by the Investment Subcommittee of the Board.
